Our guests, like the 99ers, have undergone a major shake-up this summer, signing not only a new head coach but also several new players, further improving their already strong squad.

With Lucas Warburton, a young British coach leads the fortunes of the Rhinos. The Iranian national player Mojtaba Kamali came from Hamburg to Wiesbaden and with Chris Huber a German national player joined the Rhinos. Two other advertised players from Turkey have not yet been brought into action due to visa problems. But even without the complete squad, the Rhinos have done very well in the season so far and are on course for the playoffs.

The 99ers will concentrate on playing their own game, as they have done recently, and want to build on the good performances in the games against Hamburg and Essen. New in the squad of the Domstädter is Frank de Jong, who offers the team again more options.

Before the first league match, our second team already faces ALBA Berlin in the RBBL2 at 13:00. and also wants to secure two important points. Last season, unfortunately, there was nothing to get against the capitals in both the first and second leg. So it’s high time for the team to change this statistic this Saturday.

Our two teams count on the loud support of our fans, admission to the RBBL2 game at 13:00 is free, to the RBBL1 game at 17:00 the usual admission prices apply.
